Utility

A Utility represents an Electricity, Gas or any other company that's providing services that need to be invoiced to a Tenant. A Utility is made up of a number of Meters.

A Utility can be disabled. If a Utility is disabled, any Meters under the Utility will also be disabled. Once a Utility is disabled, no more Invoices can be generated using the available Meters under that Utility.
