Tenant

A Tenant represents the person (or company) that is going to be billed. Each Owner consists of a number of Tenants. The default view for the Tenant is the Contract Manager view.

An Tenant can be disabled. If an Tenant is disabled, any Contracts under the Tenant will also be disabled. Once a Tenant is disabled, no more Invoices can be generated for them. However, previously created Invoices can still be viewed from the Invoice History Manager. More information on the Invoice History Manager view can be found here.

A Tenant's contact email address can be automatically referenced when Invoice is manually created or from an Automatic Billing Profile by adding <TENANT_EMAIL_ADDRESS> as an email address.

Note: the product may be licensed only for a fixed number of Tenants!
