The Shared Meter Report is an alternate view on the owner components which is used to display information about shared meters from the various tenant contracts. Any meter assigned to any tenant contract with a Meter Percentage configured for less than 100% will be displayed in the table.
The purpose of the report is to provide verification that any shared meters setup in the system account for 100% of the meter consumption. It is possible when dividing a shared meter up amongst multiple tenants that the configured meter percentage values do not add up to 100% of the usage.
The Share Meter Report table includes the below columns.
Meter Name: The name of the meter which is assigned to at least one tenant contract and has a configured Meter Percentage less than 100%.
Total Percentage: The sum of the configured Meter Percentage properties from each of the tenant contracts which this specific meter is assigned to.
Tenant Contracts: A comma separated list of each tenant and their contract name to which this shared meter is assigned.
Clicking the Meter Details button or double clicking a row in the table opens a meter details dialog. The dialog displays the meter name, total percentage, and includes a break down of the meter percentage for each individual tenant contract.
