Owner

An Owner represents the Owner of a given building(s). Each Owner consists of a number of Tenants. The default view for an Owner is the Tenant Manager view.

An Owner can be disabled. If an Owner is disabled, any Tenants and Contracts under that Owner will also be disabled. Once an Owner is disabled, no more Invoices can be generated for any of the their Tenants. However, previously created Invoices can still be viewed from the Invoice History Manager.

This component also has a secondary view for viewing previously generated Invoices. More information on the Invoice History Manager view can be found here.

An Owner's contact email address can automatically be referenced when Invoice is manually generated or from an Automatic Billing Profile by adding <OWNER_EMAIL_ADDRESS> as an email address.
