When browsing the Invoice in the Invoice History Manager, it appears corrupted. Why?
The data for an Invoice is stored in Niagara histories and the Station database. Therefore, it's preferable that created TBS components aren't deleted but just disabled so Invoices can still be viewed through an Invoice History Manager. The TBS has been designed like this so the application can run in a Jace.
If a permanent record of an Invoice is required, it's recommended the user save the Invoice as a PDF file at the time of generation.
What is the formula used in the generation of an Invoice?
Here is how a Flat Rate Meter calculates an Invoice. Timed Meters use a similar principle except with they have multiple rates and multiple periods of time.

If I use multiple Meters on a Px page, why don't they all appear when I view the Invoice?
The Px Template is static. Therefore, if you want to include 4 Meters to an Invoice, you need to reengineer the Template's Px page for 4 Invoices. The reason for this is that a design deicision was made to make the format of the Invoices as flexible (and simple) as possible.
What happens when I disable one of the Tenant Billing components (Owner, Tenant, Contract, Utility or Meter)?
Many different levels of the Tenant Billing System can be disabled. This means they will no longer be used in the system. If an Invoice attempts to generate with a disabled component, it will fail. However, historic Invoices can still be viewed via the Invoice History Manager. It's recommended that if a Owner or Tenant is disabled that they also have their Automatic Billing Profile set to a Profile that has the 'No Schedule' option selected. Disabled Owner and Tenant objects still affect the license count.
