The Display Device Ext is an extension that comes, by default, with the Dedicated Micros DVR component (see dedicatedMicros-DedicatedDvr) and contains the monitor connected to the DVR. The primary view of this component is the Ddf Display Manager view, described in nVideoDriver-DdfDisplayManager. This extension has no additional properties

The following are actions that duplicate the functions of the buttons on the front of the DVR. You invoke these functions in NiagaraAx if the DVR itself is inaccessible.

Primary and Secondary mode
- Live mode sets all panes to display live video feeds
- Playback mode configures the four panes to play back from a certain point in time, however you cannot set the time to begin playback. This is a mode for the display.
Sequence mode displays a continuous loop cycling through various cameras.
Hold freezes the display.
Set Playback Speed provides options for playback.
- Reverse rewinds a recorded clip.
- To to Playback Time starts playback from a time stamp.
- Select Channel lets you select the channel to use. Each channel corresponds to a connected camera.
