Set up certificates checklist

This checklist assumes that within a given platform, a single server certificate will secure Niagarad, Foxs and Https. If your implementation involves a separate certificate for each service, repeat the checklist as needed for each service.

Folder structure under the certManagement folder created and naming convention designed.
