Each alarm can have “instructions” assigned to it so that any time an alarm is generated, the instructions are presented with the alarm notification (in the Alarm Record dialog box) to provide information that may be important or helpful to the user. Instructions are created, assigned, and edited from the Instructions view. Refer to About the Instructions Manager view for details about the Instructions view.
