
You access this report by clicking . You access the Summary window from the Personnel Changes view by clicking the Summary button (
).
In addition to the standard control buttons (Auto Refresh, Column Chooser, Filter, Manage Reports and Export), this report
includes a Summary button (
). Selecting a row and clicking this button opens a summary of the information contained in the row.
| Column/Property | Description |

| Timestamp | Reports when the record was written to the database. |
| Operation | Indicates what happened to the record: Added, Changed or Removed. |
| Target | Identifies the database and person’s name. |
| Slot Name | Identifies what changed. |
| Old Value | Reports the property value before the change occurred. |
| Value | Reports the current property value. |
| User Name | Reports the name of the user associated with this person. |
