Video Ptz Binding (videoDriver-VideoPtzBinding)
This binding configures a relationship between a widget value and the pan, tilt, zoom, joystick or camera widget capability
of a video camera. To enable pan, tilt and zoom from a Px page, you would use these properties to bind a camera’s pan, tilt
and zoom feature to a graphic widget.
