If you wish to create a customized version of the Haystack tag dictionary, you can create haystack import files that you can
edit using a CSV-compatible spreadsheet program such as MS Excel. On completion, you can configure the installed tag dictionary
to import your changes when the Import Dictionary action is manually invoked.
The following procedures describe the steps to create the Haystack tagsImportFile and equipImportFile, edit tags in those
import files, and to configure the Haystack dictionary to import your modifications.
