Add WeatherReports on Px Views
You can include one or more iconic displays of weather data on Px views.
Prerequisites:
- The weather module must be installed.
- Station has Internet connectivity, or is on a NiagaraNetwork with a Supervisor using the WeatherService.
- In the Palette side bar, open the weather palette.
- Drag the WeatherService component to the Services node.
- Double-click on the WeatherService to open the Weather Manager.
- Click the New button.
The New window opens.
- Click OK button to add a new WeatherReport component in the WeatherService node.
The
WeatherReportis configured with the default provider,Nws Weather Provider. - Drag the WeatherReport component to your Px page.
The Make Widget wizard opens.
- Select the
Workbench Viewand click the OK button to add WeatherReport to the Px page. - Select to switch to PxViewer.
