SplitPane
SplitPane, in the bajaui palette, is a pane with a divider between two child widgets. The children can be laid out horizontally or vertically. Use
the SplitPane properties to configure the behavior and position of the divider between the two panes.

You access these properties by expandingBajaui palette and navigate to Pane, double-click SplitPane

When set to true allows the divider to move. When set to false does not allow the divider to move.
