The Default Mobile Web profile includes properties that let you choose among various Mobile themes as well as choose to display or hide certain elements of the profile. Themes affect the colors and graphic shapes, but do not change the functionality of the apps themselves. The default elements of the interface are included in all themes.
Developers can modify themes or create new themes using the jQuery mobile framework website (http://jquerymobile.com).
