To support an oBIX server, the obixDriver license must contain the attribute export=true and be licensed for the web feature.

The foreign limit arguments refer to limits on the number of foreign devices, histories, proxy points or schedules that may be part of the oBIX network. These limits apply only to external oBIX servers mapped as ObixClients that are not Framework stations. oBIX servers mapped to the ObixNetwork in a Framework station count under the regular limits with values of none, which means they are unlimited.
