Once the system detects devices, the network database contains all network device information. The next step is to add all
devices to the station.
Prerequisites: All devices have been initially discovered (detected) by the system.
Perform the following steps:
- Double click on the mbusNetwork folder.
The Database pane opens.
- Click the Discover button.
The Discovery Wizard opens.
- Confirm that
Scan Device Database is selected and click Finish.A progress bar is displayed above the Discovered pane indicates the estimated progress.
- Do one of the following:
- To add the device to the station, select the device in the Discovery pane, and click the Add button.
- Drag the device from the Discovered pane to the Database pane.
- To edit device properties, select the device in the Database pane and click the Edit button.
- Continue with point discovery.
