Creating a Supervisor machine-to-machine user

A machine-to-machine (M2M) user in the Supervisor station sets up network communication without requiring human intervention.

Prerequisites: You are working in the Supervisor station using the web UI.

Navigate to System Setup > User Management > Users, and click Add ().
The User tab opens.
Configure at least the User Name, Password and confirm that Enabled is be set to true, Password Expiration is set to Never Expires, and Authentication Scheme Name is set to DigestScheme.
Click the Roles tab and select the Admin role for this user and click Save.
