Configuring the Application Director to restart
There are any number of reasons that a controller station my stop running. As a best practice, you should configure the Application
Director to restart the station automatically.
Prerequisites: You are working in
- Open a platform connection to the Supervisor or controller platform.
- Double-click Application Director.
- If needed, drag the window down so you can see the station, and confirm you are working with the expected station.
- Enable
Auto-StartandRestart on Failure.
If you are debugging an issue, disable
Restart on Failure so you can view the log.
