Adding readers to an access zone

Entry and exit readers keep track of building occupants and supervisors.
Prerequisites: The access zone exists in the local station.
  1. From the main menu, select Controller Setup > Access Setup > Access Zones.
    The Access Zones view opens
  2. Double-click an access zone row in the table.
    The editview for the access zone opens.
  3. Click a reader tab (Entry or Exit Readers), and click the Assign Mode button (Image)
    A list of the available readers opens in the Unassigned pane.
  4. Select the name of a reader from the Unassigned list and click and the Assign button (Image).
    To remove an entry and exit reader from the station’s currently-displayed access zone, select the row in a Assigned pane and click the Unassign button (Image ).
