Adding a badge template to the station database
Badge templates are created and stored as template files using the Asure ID software. This procedure describes how to import
a template that has already been created and add it to a station.
Prerequisites: At least one template exists. If needed, use Asure ID software to create one or more templates.
- To navigate to the Photo ID Network view, click and click the Templates tab.The Template Manager view opens.
- Click the discover button (
).The template you created opens in the Discovered pane at the bottom of the view. - Select the template row in the Discovered pane and click the add button (
).The Add window opens.The Display Name defaults to the name you used when you created the template using the Asure ID software. The Tenants property associates the template with a specific company or other entity.
NOTE: A template may be associated with any number of tenants. - Click Ok.The selected template is added to the station.
