The User Manager is the primary view of the UserService.

You use it to add, edit, and delete users for accessing the station.

As of Niagara 4.15, if you copied a user from a palette or a different running station, the encryption key from the original user passphrase will not be available and the copied user's passphrase will be cleared on copy. This is indicated by a fault badge on the user icon in the Nav tree. In addition, the user row will appear in orange in the User Manager view.
