Checking a vistor out
Once the visitor checks out they no longer available on the checked-in list. Checking a visitor out may or may not purge the
visitor from the Sine system depending on how you set up the VisitorIntegrationService.
On the station side, configure the Purge Visitors On Checkout property in the VisitorIntegrationService for checkout. When this property is enabled (set to true), it checkouts the visitor from the sine system and will result
in purging of person from system and hence freeing up the badge.
When this property is disabled (set to false),it checkouts the visitor from the sine system will not remove the person from the system but disable the badge(s) associated to the person.
