Checking in a visitor uses the check-in form you created to capture the visitor's name, your site and the type of visitor.
This process may also include a requirement for the visitor to sign in on a separate paper form.
Prerequisites: Login to Sine dashboard.
- Go to the site created by you in Sine and click
.The Visitors Check-in window opens.
- Fill in the form and click CHECK-IN.
The most important properties are:
- First Name and Last Name are the mandatory properties.
- Visitor Type is: Visitor, Contractor, Staff, Courier, or Others.
- Site is the account you created at the Sine web site.
If the integration fails, Sine system will consider the visitor check in as a failure. Successful check-in is shown as above.
- To view access rights, name and badge details, double-click the Check-in person’s name.
Visitors may also have to sign in on a paper form while entering the premises.
After a check in is complete, the system displays audit logs.
