Setting up Check-in forms

These forms help the visitor to check-in and out.
  1. Navigate to Check-in Forms for the Site.

  2. Add Check-in forms, which visitor will fill in when they checkin to the system.

  3. To enter the badge number, click Add New Field, add “b-“ before the badge number in the Field Content property. Set the Visibility to All.
  4. Select Enable Form and disable Pre-fill Form Expiry

    Above properties are required to send the badge number to be assigned to the visitor during check in. These are mandatory properties that should be added to the Check-in Form.
