Adding Points to the VisitorIntegrationService
Publish and Subscribe points configure the station to connect to the Sine application.
Prerequisites: VisitorIntegrationService should be added to the Services and the visitorintegration palette is open.
- Navigate to and expand the VisitorIntegrationService.
- Drag a points folder from the visitorintegration palette to the VisitorIntegrationService container.The points folder is added to the VisitorIntegrationService.
- Right -click .The VisitorIntegrationService AX Property Sheet opens.
- Right-click , right click Retry Interval and remove the hidden flag and click OK.
- Set Retry Interval to the recommended 60 seconds.
- Select the component chooser for SubscribePoint and select the ord path for subscribe points and Click Save.
The value of ord for subcribe point is added. - Navigate to , select the component chooser for PublishPoint, select the ord path for subscribe points and Click Save.
The value of ord for publish point is added.
The Points are configured in the VisitorIntegrationService and ready for connection.
