Adding a Maxpro NVR and camera

Assuming you have more than one camera connected to your NVR, this procedure uses a Cameras folder (container) for one or more cameras.

Prerequisites: You are working in Workbench connected to a station. The maxpro palette is open.

Drag a MaxproNvr component from the palette to the MaxproNetwork.
Drag a Cameras folder and MaxproCamera from the palette to the MaxproNvr.
To configure the video recorder, double-click the MaxproNvr node in the Nav tree.
The video recorder’sAX Property Sheet opens.
Configure the device’s Video Device Id, Address, credentials (username and password required to access the video recorder), any other properties, and click Save.
To configure Cameras, expand Camerasand right-click MaxproCamera > Views > AX Property Sheet, configure the camera’s Video Device Id, Credentials (username and password required to access the camera), any other required properties and click Save.
