Prerequisites: One or more templates, which have been previously created and tested, exist. The Template side bar is open.
This procedure explains how to group one or more existing templates into a
.jar file.
Perform the following steps:
- In the Template side bar, expand the
Template folder.
- Select one or more templates, right-click and select
Make Module or click the
(Make Module) icon in the Template sidebar header.The
Module Info window opens.
- Fill in these properties and click OK.
The system uses the moduleName as the .jar name as well as the node name in the Template side bar.
- To view templates in the module that you have created, do one of the following:
- In the Template side bar, select the
Module folder from the drop-down list.Available template modules display in the
Template side bar.
- In the Nav tree, expand and navigate to your new
.jar file.
NOTE: A template stored in a module cannot be edited. If opened, you see ReadOnly in the top left corner of the Template View . To make any changes you must first click Save As and save the template as a new template in the templates folder.
